Schedule
The following schedule has been established. However, as we near the Science Fair date, a more detailed 3-day agenda will be established. Please check back in early March for more information!
Wednesday, March 20
Poster board and project binder are completed.
Thursday, March 21
2:00 pm to 7:00 pm Students set up science fair projects
Friday, March 22
7:00 a.m. Judges arrive at the Science Fair
11:30 a.m. Students arrive at the Science Fair
11:45 to 2:15 p.m. Judges interview ALL students Most students may leave at 2:15 p.m. Some may be asked to remain for further interviews.
5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Chief Judges make final determinations on project awards.
Saturday, March 23
9-10:30 am Awards Ceremony in the Los Medanos College GYM.
10:30-11:30 Open House Public Viewing of All Science Projects Students MUST remove their science fair projects by 11:45 a.m. or their projects will be discarded. There is no storage available.
