Schedule
The following schedule has been established. However, as we near the Science Fair date, a more detailed 3-day agenda will be established. Please check back in early March for more information!
Wednesday, March 14
Poster board and project binder are completed.
Thursday, March 15
Students Set Up Science Fair Projects
Friday, March 16
7:00 a.m. Judges arrive at the Science Fair
11:30 a.m. Students arrive at the Science Fair
11:45 to 2:15 p.m. Judges interview ALL students Most students may leave at 2:15 p.m. Some may be asked to remain for further interviews.
5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Chief Judges make final determinations on project awards.
Saturday, March 17
9-10:30 am Awards Ceremony
10:30-11:30 Public Viewing of All Science Projects Students MUST remove their science fair projects by 11:45 p.m. that day (March 27) or their projects will be discarded. There is no storage available.
